1:1 coaching follows a rough overall structure where we will start with clarifying your goals and the reasons behind them and then each session working towards those goals at a pace that suits you. The main benefits of having 1:1 support is that it's specifically tailored to you and your needs. I follow a client lead approach and there will be lots of opportunity for reflection to dig deeper into what works and what doesn’t work for your specific lifestyle and personality.
Yes, I am available for in person coaching if you live locally but this is on a case by case basis.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and we meet bi-weekly.
You can expect to understand yourself and your behaviors on a whole new level, you will learn new strategies to implement change in your life and follow through with your goals but most importantly you will find a new found confidence in yourself and what you can achieve.
The process of coaching is not a quick fix and it takes time to understand your patterns, learn new skills and build a new found confidence, in my experience 3 months is the minimum amount of time to see steady progress in these areas.
If you’re unable to make a session I need to be notified 48 hours in advance so that we can reschedule, if not you will unfortunately need to book an additional session at the cost of £60.
I offer a check in email during the week in between sessions to give you a chance to ask any questions or share how you are getting on.

Absolutely, I’ll typically need 2 weeks notice to ensure I have availability.
No it’s not, I am accredited by the NBC-HWC and am required to inform you if I believe you require additional support in these areas.
