  • A similar concept to life coaching but with a focus on your health & wellbeing. Health & Wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that helps people build sustainable healthy habits by clarifying goals, increasing self-awareness, and supporting behavior change in areas like nutrition, movement, stress, and overall well-being.

    • Feeling unsure if you’re able to commit to a coaching programme? Come to a workshop first.
    • Want some targeted support with a specific challenge? The 12 week programme is for you.
    • Want longer term support for a bigger transformation? The 6 month programme is most suited for this.
  • I can work with anyone over the age of 18 but the majority of my client base are women between 30-50 who are struggling with consistency and confidence when it comes to looking after their wellbeing. 

  • Absolutely, I offer a no-obligation discovery call so that we can have a chat and assess if we are the right fit to work together, and so that you can get any questions you have answered. 

  • My approach is holistic, taking into account the whole person and their unique life experiences to date, we won’t just look at your nutrition and movement as markers of health. And this is what I believe is a real game changer when it comes to making lasting changes to your health.

  • Coaching can support you through this process and help you find some calm and clarity when it comes to making a start.

  • A discovery call is required before booking, if we are a good fit I will share the booking link for you via email.

  • Cancellation & Refunds Policy

    I understand that life happens, and I aim to be fair while respecting the time set aside for coaching.

    Sessions

    • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

    • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

    • In genuine emergencies, I’m happy to consider this on a case-by-case basis.

    Packages & Programmes

    • Coaching packages are non-refundable once started.

    • If you decide to stop early, unused sessions can’t be refunded.

    • Sessions must be used within the agreed time frame.

    If I Need to Cancel

    • If I ever need to cancel a session, we’ll reschedule at a time that works for you, or I’ll offer a refund for that session if rescheduling isn’t possible.
  • Yes I comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Yes I am covered by Hiscox Business Insurance.

1:1 Coaching FAQs

  • 1:1 coaching follows a rough overall structure where we will start with clarifying your goals and the reasons behind them and then each session working towards those goals at a pace that suits you. The main benefits of having 1:1 support is that it's specifically tailored to you and your needs. I follow a client lead approach and there will be lots of opportunity for reflection to dig deeper into what works and what doesn’t work for your specific lifestyle and personality. 

  • Yes, I am available for in person coaching if you live locally but this is on a case by case basis.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long and we meet bi-weekly. 

  • You can expect to understand yourself and your behaviors on a whole new level, you will learn new strategies to implement change in your life and follow through with your goals but most importantly you will find a new found confidence in yourself and what you can achieve. 

  • The process of coaching is not a quick fix and it takes time to understand your patterns, learn new skills and build a new found confidence, in my experience 3 months is the minimum amount of time to see steady progress in these areas. 

  • If you’re unable to make a session I need to be notified 48 hours in advance so that we can reschedule, if not you will unfortunately need to book an additional session at the cost of £60.  

  • I offer a check in email during the week in between sessions to give you a chance to ask any questions or share how you are getting on.

  • Yes, I offer payment plans. 

  • Absolutely, I’ll typically need 2 weeks notice to ensure I have availability. 

  • No it’s not, I am accredited by the NB-HWC and am required to inform you if I believe you require additional support in these areas. 

Group Coaching & Workshops FAQs

  • Group coaching is also offered on a programme basis and is typically for a specific topic that all participants are looking to work through together, whilst everyone will get an element of specialised support. It's less tailored than 1:1 coaching but such a lovely way to connect with people on the same journey as you.

  • Between 6-10 depending on the area of focus.

  • There is no requirement to share during group coaching but if you feel uncomfortable in a group setting and feel you would miss out on the experience by not sharing, 1:1 coaching might be more suitable for you - I’m always happy to chat to you beforehand if you’re unsure which would be the best fit. 

  • All sessions are live.

  • Group coaching sessions are pre-planned and booked so unfortunately if you miss a session you won’t be able to make it up, however I can share the material that we covered for you to complete in between sessions. 

  • I typically set up a whatsapp group for peer support and bonding through the course. 

  • Group coaching is also offered on a programme basis and is typically for a specific topic that all participants are looking to work through together, whilst everyone will get an element of specialised support. It's less tailored than 1:1 coaching but such a lovely way to connect with people on the same journey as you.

Corporate Wellness FAQs

  • I work with companies who are interested in looking after their employees' wellbeing.

  • I offer workshops, talks or 1:1 coaching for employees.

  • Both options are available. 

  • Yes, I have a selection of off the shelf packages to choose from but mostly sessions are tailored to meet your employees needs after a consultation call to determine what they are.

  • These can be tailored to your requirements but workshops will be a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Finding time for wellness as a new parent, or looking after your health in busy periods of life, managing stress - these are just a few examples, I always recommend a free discovery call to discuss suitable topics for your team.

  • Offering wellness coaching as a benefit to your employees gives them access to a private level of health care that isn’t typically found through general medical insurance.  This type of health care is preventative and will benefit employees' overall sense of wellbeing and satisfaction leading to a happier and more motivated workforce. 

  • Both.
