I’m passionate about helping people design a healthy lifestyle they love through small sustainable shifts, leading with joy not restriction.
I used to be a real all-or-nothing girl in all aspects of my life, either late nights and partying or restrictive meal plans and exercise regimes. There was no middle ground. It meant I was always yo-yoing between ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ and felt like I was constantly chasing and then starting again.
This formed the belief that to achieve a healthy lifestyle I had to work really hard and give up lots of the things I enjoy. Surely that’s no way to live?
As I questioned this belief and started to do some of my own research I came to find that there is in fact another way and the secret lies in working with your own unique strengths and following your joy.
Working with this theory and with a sprinkle of science backed habit hacks I learned that you can create the version of yourself that’s always felt a little out of reach without burning yourself out.
I want everyone to experience the freedom that comes with living in alignment with their joy whilst also fulfilling their health goals.
I offer 1:1 support as well as group coaching and workshops both privately and for corporate clients who are looking to support their health and wellness. I also offer specialised support for new parents as I know first hand how tricky it can be to look after yourself in this season of life.

My approach is always joy over restriction, so we’ll have a lot of fun on the way to meeting the best version of you.
I work with all of my clients holistically taking a whole person approach which is less common in an industry that tends to focus solely on nutrition and movement as markers of health. This is less traditional but I believe this is where the magic lies and is what will help you reach your goals in ways you never have before.
