A baby friendly 6 week group coaching course for mums who want to start getting back into looking after their health & wellness.

This course will help you identify where you want to get to regarding your health & wellness and support you in making small sustainable shifts towards this vision, whilst honouring whichever beautiful stage of motherhood you’re currently in.

Expect to meet a like minded community of local mums going through similar challenges, in a warm and welcoming environment.

I wish for each of you to finish this course with a sense of clarity, empowerment and control over your wellness. My approach is always joy over restriction and my aim is for this to be the 1 hour of your week that you most look forward to.

The details

  • Course dates are Friday 16th Jan – Friday 20th Feb (6 weeks)
  • Sessions are for 1 hour, weekly on Fridays for 6 weeks at 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm
  • Baby friendly: play mat, toys and changing facilities available
  • Workbook and pens provided
  • Cost: £15 per session x 6 sessions = £90
  • Bookings: only full course bookings are available as the sessions are designed as a 6 part series with a workbook to complete together
  • Availability: there are just 6 spots for this course to ensure everyone gets the support they need

  • Group coaching is also offered on a programme basis and is typically for a specific topic that all participants are looking to work through together, whilst everyone will get an element of specialised support. It's less tailored than 1:1 coaching but such a lovely way to connect with people on the same journey as you.

  • Between 6-10 depending on the area of focus.

  • There is no requirement to share during group coaching but if you feel uncomfortable in a group setting and feel you would miss out on the experience by not sharing, 1:1 coaching might be more suitable for you - I’m always happy to chat to you beforehand if you’re unsure which would be the best fit. 

  • All sessions are live.

  • Group coaching sessions are pre-planned and booked so unfortunately if you miss a session you won’t be able to make it up, however I can share the material that we covered for you to complete in between sessions. 

  • I typically set up a whatsapp group for peer support and bonding through the course.
